- HEALTH IS LIFE
Healthy is an important thing in our live.we must keep our body health.but sometimes we forget to keep it,we eat everythings useless for our body.its such as fast food,fat food,soft drink,ect.What we eat and wahat we do influences our body,therefore we have to choose not only a good food but also healthy food usefull for our body.A kind of healthy food fruit,fish,meat,ect.not only good taste but also usefullan essential drinking is need too,they are water and milkas often as we eat and drinkingit our body will be more healthy ,because it’s contains meny element needs by our body.Such as vitamin,carbohydrate,minerals,healthy fat,ect.its needed to help our metabolism,in order can be going on normally.
Balancy our life is also important,we must know when we work and when we take a rest.because it can influence our metabolism too.whwn our body is too tired,the metabolism is disturbed therefore we need to take a rest we can divide the time become at half on a day,for getting work and getting rest but also make our mind relax.sleeping is the one of it,because sleeping make our body work easier.Another choice of taking rest is get a recreation such as visitning a beautiful place or doing what we like.makes our mind fresh and we’re ready to work tomorrow.
However sport also can help our body healthy.Football,basket ball,gymnastic,ect.is such one of sport.gymnastic is choosen by many people because not only easy but also fun.our body and our mind will be relax,sport helps our body health.If do everything well a healthy body willnot just become a dream,because of doing doing the best for our body will be getting a bestfor our healthy its depends on our choice,doing use less or usefull?
